If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not reach the minimum threshold required for a result to stand under the applicable sport's rules, OK777 will void the relevant bets and return all stakes to player balances. For cricket specifically, the DLS method result will be used as the official result where applicable. Specific abandonment rules for each sport and market type are available in the individual market rules section within the platform.
OK777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error — including typographical errors, system errors or mispriced odds significantly out of line with the fair market price. OK777 will notify affected players and return all stakes. This provision does not apply to odds that were simply unfavourable to OK777 in hindsight; it applies only to demonstrable pricing errors.
Standard maximum single-bet payout is Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 5 million) per event. For accumulators, the maximum payout is Rs 1,00,00,000 (Rs 10 million) per bet slip. These limits apply regardless of the odds or stake involved. Any potential winnings above these limits will be paid at the maximum cap amount.
All casino games — including live dealer games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat), online slots and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX and others) — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing and spinning in a controlled studio environment.
